Olympic Club, a temporary hospitality experience in optima forma
We have had Olympic ambitions ever since we started with Beewan Sports Experience. We were therefore very honored when NOC*NSF asked us to design and develop the Olympic Club for the Olympic Games in Paris. This offered us a fantastic opportunity to showcase our expertise in temporary hospitality experiences to a very large and diverse audience.
The Olympic Club is an integral part of the prestigious Team NL House. This exclusive space serves as a meeting place for VIPs, culinary connoisseurs, and business guests.
Our challenge: Creating a multifunctional space within a temporary tent of 60×10 meters, spread over two floors. The design included a restaurant for 200 guests, an auditorium with seating for 130 visitors, and a professional service kitchen. Moreover, the space and design had to be seamlessly integrated with the mindset show and various experience elements of Mission H2. It was crucial that the design was both functional and efficient while reflecting the energetic and elegant atmosphere of the Olympic Games.
The result? Positive responses from the various visitors and a golden collaboration with NOC*NSF!
